Just finishing up bottling Yuzu marmalade
Simmered on a woodstove with cane sugar, bottled in miscellaneous jars (but the ones used for pickling previously because they’re smelly even boiling :-))
Most importantly though, labels with help from Ichiro
The jars are many and will be savored with a few going out for gifts
Keen observers will note @bentonhomestead honey jar re-purposed for 3rd time (jams/marmalade = blueberry, kinkan, yuzu)
