Is it a zine? A chapbook? Marginalia? Miscellanea?… I guess it’s another ‘daveo mixed media dispatch’ – it’s also my entire heart distilled to A3 size with a variety of styles, forms, inks, and topics
After tenderly printing, folding, cutting, binding, stamping, then figuring each one needs a personal letter, signed of course – then a special little bit of tape there, another stamp over here, choosing just the right postage stamps and attaching your seal at a jaunty angle when necessary – whew – the first stack is ready to go out into the world, ergo:

I’ll start on “batch 2” one of these days (truthfully already started on the envelopes and letters) yet got a handful of domestic & creative projects on the go … annnnnd ….
Also kind of need to ‘pass the hat’ to restock the stash for paper, stamps and ink // everything is a labour of love and ya know, there’s bigger problems in the world however we all know art is powerful salve in times of confusion and turmoil
No big deal, we’ll get by, we got miso and broccoli plus still some yuzu marmalade

PS yes, there is a video detailing the entire process of making this lovely book – and probably another vid documenting to come of more cutting, folding and stuffing envelopes because it feels nice to watch that kind of thing when you need a pal
