Whilst tidying up beloved Kura Barn Studio, remembering to remember the passed on pal – a proprietor of an Italian bistro, fan of Murdoch Mysteries, who served us Ox tail soup, pastas, and pizza scant weeks ago – here is a country with a fantastically longevity vibe.
Plus all manner of meanderings about plans for cassettes, hot springs healings, disappearances, “Canadiana filter”, schemes and dreams for new life in year of snake in which one might shed a skin for a fresh design and let head lead the rest for ya, (bewildered) heart, battered (in my case) and all.
Carrying-on with the juxtaposition of having a high tolerance for ambiguity and easy frustration with unkemptness – all of course with ukulele, and a much needed gentle reminder that if you a more than an interloper in Japan, buy a black suit, a good black suit for respect for your passed-on pals whether they be acolytes of Murdoch Mysteries or other programmes.
So we go on..
