In today’s (really March 7th but hey…) edition of “tasty coffee in scenic places with Daveo” I bring you this glorious handcrafted bevvie experience & view of the Seto-nai-kai (Inland sea) from an olive garden (no, not that one, an actual one) in Setouchi, Okayama, ergo:

By the way, we were in Setouchi for an art exhibit by a fine young gent from Slovakia via Paris and en route to Sri Lanka, Michal Korman. More to say about him with loads more photos coming in another update but, in the meantime, here’s a snap of us exchanging art gifts and…

Today was special spring vegetable mix for Ryoko & a curry vibe for me + side of absurdly great pork. Of course Mac Kobayashi turned me on to the holy place.
